Use the CRM template
Start with the sales workspace, then adapt its pipeline, follow-ups and tools to your actual process.
Before you start
- Sign in with capacity for another workspace, or preview the CRM before creating one.
- Starter deals and figures are examples, not imported customer records.
Step-by-step walkthrough
Step 1
Preview Try our CRM
Select Try our CRM in the workspace starting choices, or open the CRM template preview. Inspect its pipeline, deal tools, follow-up content and sales SOP structure.
Step 2
Create a separate CRM workspace
Complete the CRM setup path and select Create workspace. Your existing knowledge workspace remains separate and can still be selected from the workspace menu.
Step 3
Replace sample pipeline details
Adjust the editable fields and available widget items to match your stages, deals and next actions. Remove sample customer names or amounts before sharing the workspace.
Step 4
Use the sales SOPs alongside the tools
Document lead qualification, handover and follow-up rules as approved SOPs. Verify calculator inputs against your real pricing assumptions before using the output.
Practical example
A small service-agency pipeline
Use stages such as Qualified, Proposal and Won, with a named next action for each real opportunity. Keep delivery procedures in the appropriate department rather than burying them in deal notes.
Common issues and fixes
- I expected my external CRM to sync
- This is a ready-made workspace, not an automatic connection to another CRM service.
- The calculator suggests a margin I do not recognize
- Check the inputs, units and assumptions. Sample costs and revenues are not your company’s actual numbers.
What success looks like
An intentional sales workspace with real information and documented sales routines.
