Cloopp is owned and operated by Danilo Rosales ("Cloopp", "we", "us"), who is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use cloopp.com and the Cloopp app.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in method.
• Workspace content: SOPs, documents, images, widgets and settings you or your team add.
• Billing details: handled by our payment provider Paddle; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to run, secure and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide the service, organize and search your content, run AI features you request, process payments, provide support and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your data and do not use your workspace content to train public AI models.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following bases: to perform our contract with you (creating your account, storing your content, providing the service), based on our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, improving the product), with your consent where required (cookies, optional features, marketing), and to comply with our legal obligations (billing records and lawful requests).

Who we share it with

Only trusted processors needed to run Cloopp — cloud hosting, AI processing providers (only for actions you trigger), and Paddle as our merchant of record. Workspace content is visible only to members of that workspace.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing us; we delete it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security

Workspaces are private, access is role-based, data is encrypted in transit, and uploaded files are stored in private storage.
