What happens if I downgrade?

Downgrades apply at the end of your paid period. Existing workspaces, SOPs and members are kept; lower-plan limits only block creating more.

What is an AI credit?: Each AI action uses one credit: asking a question, building a widget or tool with AI, letting AI sort an upload, or generating an image. Reading and searching your SOPs is always free.
Do credits expire?: On Free, you get 5 fresh credits each day. On Pro and Business, unused credits roll over month to month while your plan is active.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference. Downgrades keep your current credit balance.
What happens if I cancel?: You keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period, then move to Free. Your workspace and SOPs stay.
Can I buy more credits?: Yes. Buy a one-time pack of 50, 200 or 500 credits from Plan & billing. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits.
Do teammates need their own plan?: No. The plan belongs to the workspace owner. Teammates you invite join for free.
