Terms of Use
Last updated October 6, 2026
Cloopp is owned and operated by Danilo Rosales ("Cloopp", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Danilo Rosales. By creating an account or using Cloopp you agree to these terms. If you use Cloopp for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to your workspaces.
Your content
You own everything you upload or create. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you and your team.
Our intellectual property
Cloopp — including its software, interface design, logo, documentation and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Danilo Rosales. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the service.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful or infringing content.
- No attempts to break, overload or bypass security or plan limits.
- No reselling the service without our written permission.
AI features
AI output may be inaccurate. Review AI-generated procedures, widgets and edits before relying on them.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Termination
You may stop using Cloopp at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Cloopp is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Third-party names and brands
Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack and other third-party product names and logos mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Danilo Rosales operates the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use a different forum.
