Search and ask questions
Use free search for matching procedures and Ask AI for a contextual answer you can check against sources.
Before you start
- Sign in to a workspace you own or have been invited to. Search only includes that workspace’s approved SOPs.
- AI questions use credits; ordinary library search is free.
Step-by-step walkthrough
Step 1
Start with search
Select the search bar or use Cmd/Ctrl+K. Enter a task name, tag or tool. Results match approved SOP titles, steps and other stored text within the active workspace.
Step 2
Inspect Best answer
Read the result summary and opening steps. Select Open full SOP to see prerequisites, all instructions and verification instead of acting on a short excerpt.
Step 3
Ask a contextual question
If you need an explanation, close search and open Ask AI in the top bar. Ask a focused question and include the platform or situation, such as “What must I verify before launching Google Ads tracking?”

Check the cited procedures
Open the procedure links returned with the answer. Compare the response to your approved SOPs, especially where the task involves permissions, costs or compliance. An AI answer does not certify that the source is current.
Practical example
Search first, ask second
Search “conversion” to locate candidate SOPs. Ask AI which checks apply to your launch, then read the named source procedure before changing live tracking.
Common issues and fixes
- AI gives an answer without a relevant source
- Try naming the exact procedure. If the library lacks the required information, ask an admin to document it; do not treat unsupported advice as company policy.
- I see another company’s procedures
- Verify which workspace you selected. Search does not combine all account workspaces into a single cross-client result list.

You have located the source procedure and checked the answer against approved workspace knowledge.
