Buy credits as you go
Top up AI usage without changing your subscription or workspace limits.
Before you start
- Sign in to the account that should receive the credits.
- Use live checkout for a real purchase; preview purchases are test-only.
Step-by-step walkthrough
Step 1
Open billing or pricing
Use Plan & billing from your account workspace, or open Pricing on the public site and find the pay-as-you-go credit packs.
Step 2
Choose a credit pack
Available packs are 50 credits for $10, 200 for $35 and 500 for $75. Purchased top-up credits roll over and do not expire.
Step 3
Check the checkout details
Confirm the pack, price and account before paying. Credits are credited after the payment is processed; plan credits are used before top-up credits.
Step 4
Use credits for AI, not plan limits
Use the balance for AI drafting, portal edits, website builds and other AI features. A pack does not add workspaces, people capacity or custom-domain entitlement. Manual reading, search and editing remain free.
Practical example
Occasional AI website work
An account can buy a small pack for website drafts and edits without starting a subscription. A higher plan is still needed if its workspace or member allowance is insufficient.
Common issues and fixes
- The balance did not update immediately
- Wait for payment processing and refresh billing. If payment succeeded but the pack is still missing, contact support with the payment reference rather than paying twice.
- I bought credits but cannot add another workspace
- Credits and plan limits are independent. Review your workspace allowance on Plan & billing.
