Practical example

Import one department at a time

Upload a small client-services batch, check that onboarding and reporting are filed correctly, then import the next department. Clear filenames help you compare drafts to their sources.

Common issues and fixes

An image or scanned PDF has little useful text
Copy or transcribe the essential instructions into Paste information. Do not approve a plausible-looking draft without checking it against the source.
Organize is disabled
Remove skipped or unsuitable files, and keep the ready-file count within 50. A file that could not be read should be corrected or replaced.

What success looks like

Only the drafts you reviewed and explicitly approved enter the searchable library.
