Getting started · Guide 1 of 37
Create your first workspace
Start with your documents, choose a knowledge-library structure, and approve your first SOPs.
Before you start
- An email account for registration and a few documents you are allowed to share with your team.
- Choose a recognizable company name. You can adjust branding after creating the library.
Step-by-step walkthrough
Step 1
Create your account
Select Start free on Cloopp, then register with your email and password. If you are asked to confirm your email, follow the confirmation message before signing in. Google Drive connection is separate from account sign-in.
Step 2
Choose Upload documents & SOPs
On setup, use the main Upload documents & SOPs option. A ready-made knowledge-library structure is useful when you already know your departments; Start from scratch is better when the documents should shape the structure.
Step 3
Complete the company details
If this is your first workspace, use Continue to enter your company details and complete the remaining setup choices. Check the preview; sample content in that preview is not proof that your own documents have been imported.
Step 4
Create the library and review documents
Finish with Create library & upload. If Cloopp already knows your company, the shortcut is Start uploading documents. Add your files, review the draft titles, placement and instructions, then approve the batch.

Practical example
A five-document pilot
Start with client onboarding, weekly reporting, access requests, campaign approval and invoice handling. Check the organization before importing the rest of the company library.
Common issues and fixes
- I already have a workspace
- Choose Back to workspace instead of creating another. Additional workspaces are separate and subject to your account’s plan limit.
- My team cannot find an uploaded document
- Uploading prepares drafts; it does not approve them. Return to the review flow and explicitly approve the SOPs you want to share.
What success looks like
A private company library with approved procedures your team can search.
