Before you start

  • Sign in as the workspace owner or an admin. Read-only members cannot change workspace content.
  • Prepare brand assets you are permitted to use. Logo upload is offered during new-workspace setup, not as a field in the current settings panel.

Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. Step 1

    Set identity during setup

For a new workspace, complete Company and Brand details and upload a logo when that step is shown. For an existing workspace, Portal settings allows you to change Agency name.

  2. Step 2

    Choose Brand color and Font

In Portal settings, select a color swatch or enter the custom brand color, then choose a font. These controls update the workspace independently of its layout.

  3. Step 3

    Adjust home imagery carefully

Use Ask AI for a specific photo change, and attach an image when appropriate. State the section you want changed and keep layout/content unchanged. Inspect Review changes before Apply.

  4. Step 4

Inspect the result in the workspace

Close settings and check the company name, readable text and visible imagery. Avoid a brand color that makes primary controls hard to read. Revisit the settings if the choice is not suitable.

Practical example

Apply a consistent company palette

Use your actual primary brand color and a readable font. Change only those choices first; decide separately whether the current portal layout needs changing.

Common issues and fixes

I cannot find a logo upload in Portal settings
The current settings panel has no logo upload field. Do not reset a working workspace just to upload a logo; the setup logo control and AI image workflow are separate.
The layout changed with an AI request
Use the panel’s Undo last portal change immediately if needed, then retry with a narrower request that explicitly preserves the layout.

What success looks like

The workspace reflects your company identity without an unrequested structural redesign.
